Landscape Maintenance Outline

Unlimited offers the most robust commercial maintenance program in the area! Our state of the art equipment and diverse array of services can address ALL of your property's exterior needs.

 

Spring Cleanup

• Clean up sand, twigs, sticks and debris from lawns and hard surfaces. Clean up shrubs and flower beds.

• Edge all mulched beds and hard surfaces.

• Furnish and install 1-1/2" of premium bark mulch on previously mulched areas.
  Maintain proper mulch depth to avoid oxygen and nutrient deprivation.

• Prepare irrigation system to protect lawns from exposure damage.
  ​

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Maintenance

• Cut grass - Cleanup litter prior to cutting. Remove grass clippings and weeds from site.

• Edge walkways and bed areas with professional trimmer.

• Trim and clean debris in and around overhead parking area near main entrance.

 

Lawn Fertilization Program (5 Step)

• Step 1 Early Spring (April - May): fertilizer, weed control, crabgrass control.

• Step 2 Late Spring (May - June): fertilizer, weed control, crabgrass control.

• Step 3 Summer (June-August): fertilizer, weed control, surface and insect control.

• Step 4 Early Fall (August-September): fertilizer, grub, weed control.

• Step 5 Winterization. (September-October)

 

Shrub and Tree Care Program

• Prune unwanted new growth from shrubs, planted areas and trees as needed.

• Fertilize and provide root stimulation to ornamental trees.

 

Fall Cleanup

• All annual plants to be removed from beds.

• Final trimming and pruning and clean leaves. All beds to be raked of
  leaves on weekly basis.
